Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between moral intelligence and academic self-efficacy with the mediation of academic engagement of students in Mahabad city. The method of descriptive-survey research was of the correlation type and the statistical population was all 2831 secondary school female students of Mahabad city, of which 338 were selected by cluster sampling using Morgan's table. Data collection tools were standardized questionnaires of moral intelligence of Lenik and Hill (2005), academic self-efficacy of Jinks and Morgan (1999) and academic engagement of Fridix et al. (2006). The results of hypothesis testing were analyzed by spss and pls software and using correlation tests and structural equation modeling. The results showed that moral intelligence has a positive and significant relationship on academic self-efficacy with the mediation of academic conflict (0.31). Also, the results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between moral intelligence and academic self-efficacy components (0.52). The relationship between moral intelligence and academic engagement components was positive and significant (0.76) and finally, academic engagement has a positive and significant relationship with academic self-efficacy (0.41). Therefore, by increasing moral intelligence and consequently increasing academic engagement, it is possible to provide the basis for increasing academic self-efficacy in secondary school female students of Mahabad city.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله به بررسی مراحل مختلف طراحی پروانه های دریایی و مراحل مقدماتی در راه ایجاد یک سیستم تصمیم گیری پشتیبانی (Decision Support System) برای طراحی پروانه های دریایی می پردازیم. این سیستم به فعالیت هایی که می بایست پشتیبانی شوند و سازمانی که قصد دارد از این سیستم در فعالیت های طراحی خود استفاده نماید وابسته می باشد. سیستم پشتیبانی تصمیم گیری از یک ساختار تقریبی پیروی می نماید. در این تحقیق به معرفی این ساختار، جزئیات آن و اجرای مراحل اولیه آن پرداخته می شود راه حل اصلی در این سیستم به چهار مرحله کلی تقسیم بندی شده اند که عبارتند از: تحلیل وظایف (Task Analysis)، مشخص نمودن روش محاسباتی (Knowledge Used)، روشهای حل مساله (Problem - Solving) وابزارهای محاسباتی (Computational Tools). در انتها نیز از این مراحل در طراحی مقدماتی یک پروانه به روش اکارد - مورگان (Eckhard - Morgans Method) کمک گرفته می شود.

Abstract: 

The importance of sustainability development for developing countries and their tourism is a major issue. This study presents a new approach and framework for spatial modelling of tourism products potentials (TPP) in their sustainability evaluation. The approach was developed based on the GIS multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) and its performance was evaluated for spatial TPP mapping in Tabriz city, Iran. To achieve this purpose, we recognized the main Components of Tourism Development indicators (CTDI) such as attractions, accommodation, services and infrastructures facilities to improving sustainable tourism, and determined their significance using the Geographic information systems (GIS). Furthermore, the uncertainty analyze was applied to diminish the inherent error in criteria weights. A GIS-based aggregation function was applied to discern the TPP map. Finally, the emphasis in this paper investigates the practical usage of GIS for the benefit of sustainable tourism development. In particular, it inquired the possible opportunities and challenges facing the adoption of GIS to assist sustainable tourism development. The purpose of this article is to map and explore existing and potential attractions, tourism services and facilities in Tabriz and to ensure that potential opportunities are available for all tourists to enjoy enjoyable experiences in order to reveal their diverse economic, social, political and cultural benefits. Build on the positive and negative aspects of their construction and present them with appropriate solutions for tourism development that lead to sustainable tourism development and infrastructure improvement.

Abstract: 

سازمانها در سراسر جهان به دنبال تکنیک ها و روش هایی برای حفظ و توسعه مزایای رقابتی خود هستند. برون سپاری 3 در سالهای اخیر خود را به عنوان یکی از این رویکردها معرفی کرده است. بعضی از شرکت ها در سال های اخیر به منظور بهبود کیفیت خدمات و محصولات، کاهش هزینه و زمان تولید، تمرکز بر روی مزیتهای اصلی رقابتی و به طور کلی افزایش اثربخشی سازمان، اقدام به برون سپاری برخی فعالیتها نموده اند و چنین به نظر می رسد که شرکتها با برون سپاری فعالیتهای خود به سازمانهای تخصصی دیگر، بهتر می توانند بر روی فعالیتهایی که ارزش افزوده بیشتری ایجاد می کنند، تمرکز کرده و بدین طریق اثربخشی فعالیتهای خود را به حداکثر برسانند. تحقیقات نشان می دهد که افزایش برون سپاری می تواند منجر به کاهش هزینه ها شده و نیاز به سرمایه گذاری در زمینه تسهیلات، تجهیزات و نیروی انسانی را پایین بیاورد. از سوی دیگر شواهدی نیز حاکی از این است که افزایش برون سپاری می تواند نوآوری و کنترل بر روی کارها را کاهش دهد؛ بنابراین، تصمیم گیری برای برون سپاری از جمله مسایلی است که باید کلیه ملاحظات سازمانی، موارد پیش نیازی و شرایط آمادگی سازمان و مراحل بکارگیری و مدیریت و کنترل فرآیند در مورد آن در کانون توجه قرار گیرد. این مقاله به مرور جامع مطالعات انجام شده در ابعاد و جنبه های مختلف مساله برون سپاری پرداخته و ملاحظات و نیازمندیهای سازمانی و فرآیند ها و فعالیتهای لازم برای برون سپاری را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. در انتها نیز به بررسی مساله تصمیم گیری در مورد برون سپاری برخی فعالیت ها در یک سازمان دولتی، به عنوان مطالعه موردی، پرداخته شده است.

Abstract: 

 IntroductionThe rapid growth of cities and the process of industrialization have created numerous environmental problems across many parts of the world. It is essential for planners and managers to be aware of changes in land cover and land use over extended periods to evaluate and predict the impacts caused by these changes. Remote sensing is an effective tool for monitoring land use changes in urban areas and their surroundings. Tehran has expanded significantly over the last few decades due to population growth and migration, leaving substantial effects on the surrounding environment. Consequently, this study presents a model based on the decision tree algorithm to classify and monitor land use changes using images from TM and MSS sensors in the western region of Tehran between 1975 and 2011.  Materials and methodsIn this study, one MSS sensor image and three TM sensor images from the Landsat satellite, all taken in June, were used along with ancillary data, specifically a digital elevation model extracted from the 1: 25000 topographic map of the Mapping Organization. After pre-processing, land cover indices, including vegetation index, DT method, and its combination with the maximum likelihood classification method, were used to extract land use classes. The accuracy of the classified images obtained from the DT was evaluated using the kappa coefficient and overall accuracy, and finally, the changes in different land use classes over time were calculated using the image comparison method.  Results and discussionAccording to this study's findings, the overall classification accuracy for 2011 is 82%. The results of change monitoring indicate a positive and increasing trend in the density of built-up land over the 36-year period, while other land types have decreased. The density of the built-up land class in 1975, with an area of 2166 hectares (equivalent to 8%), increased to 8125 hectares (29%) by 2011. In total, the percentage of relative change is 21%, equivalent to 5959 hectares. By examining the land use changes in the west of Tehran from 1975 to 2011, shown in the maps, it is evident that urban development and increased demand for various services, coupled with a lack of adequate space, have led to the destruction of green spaces in the western part of Tehran, replaced by other land uses.  ConclusionThis research aimed to monitor land use/cover in the west of Tehran with high classification accuracy using a model based on the DT algorithm combined with the maximum likelihood classification method. Multi-temporal satellite images from the Landsat satellite’s TM and MSS sensors, along with ancillary data, were used to conduct the research. After preparing a land use map for each period, a map depicting land cover and land use changes was extracted. The results of this research indicate that remote sensing data combined with classification techniques have a high capability to extract various types of land use maps and evaluate land use changes. Moreover, Landsat’s MSS and TM sensor data prove to be suitable and cost-effective tools for depicting and analyzing land use/cover changes over time. Additionally, the findings highlight that using a branching or multi-stage method for classifying satellite images offers advantages such as reduced processing time, improved accuracy in small classes, and the ability to use different data sources, feature sets, and algorithms at each decision-making stage.

Abstract: 

Aim: This study aimed to predict the academic performance of college students based on self-efficacy in career decisions, career adaptability, and sleep health. Methods: the research methmethods werecriptive survey and correlational. 320 students in Tehran were selected through a random sampling method, and they responded Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale, Sleep Health Scale, and Academic Performance Rating Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and simultaneous regression method. Result: The results showed a significant and positive relationship between sleep health, self-efficacy in occupational decisions, occupational adjustment skills, and academic performance evaluation. The independent variables can predict academic performance changes in the regression model. Conclusion: According to the results, healthy sleep, selfefficacy in career decisions, and career adaptability play important roles in improving academic performance, career prospects, and promoting academic performance.
